Co-owners Jordan Britton and Jason Hollenbeck, who started the business in a renovated horse trailer without prior coffee experience, now own three storefronts and are expanding their brand. They plan to sell roasted coffee beans online and have started a podcast titled "Boom Roasted." The coffee shop, known for its family-friendly atmosphere and changing themes every two weeks, aims to evoke the simple joys of the '90s, such as family movie nights with pizza and Blockbuster video rentals.
