Brewing Diversity - NKG PACE Selects New Coffee Equity Partners

The Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG) has selected its third class of Partners for the NKG Partnership to Advance Coffee Equity (PACE), after a rigorous selection process. Recognizing the exceptional talent in the industry, NKG PACE plans to open one lecture per month to the public to provide free information that may help underrepresented professionals progress in the U.S. coffee industry. The program, led by Amanda Armbrust-Asselin, is expanding its educational topics to include various aspects of logistics, customer service, and trade, in addition to its original focus on Quality Control. Program coordinator Michelle Maisto emphasizes the importance of this initiative for achieving genuine growth and change toward racial equity in the coffee sector. Jasmine Mitchell and Zion Brown are the newly introduced NKG PACE Partners, set to start their journey in May.
