Highlights include tech classes by Black Rabbit, importer cuppings featuring top importers, a Planet Oat Latte Art Class, and a classic Latte Art Throwdown. Creativity will shine in the Proper Syrup Signature Drink Competition, with the winner earning a trip to Costa Rica. Barista Field Day in Ann Arbor offers games and networking, while SCA classes provide foundational barista training. Lectures and panels will cover topics like diversity in coffee, branding, and sustainable coffee buying. The event aims to foster connections and growth within the specialty coffee community, with additional venues at Madcap Coffee in Detroit and Dozer Coffee in Ann Arbor.
