Spanish coffee accessory maker Sibarist has unveiled the Dual Chamber filter. It features a conical design with a paper wall dividing two sides of the same pourover. Compatible with Hario V60-style brewers, it lets users experiment with different coffee variables in one brew. Priced at €30.94, the Dual Chamber filter debuted at the SCA Expo in Chicago. It gained attention during the World Brewers Cup championship, where top competitors used Sibarist filters. Co-Founder Joaquim Morató says the filter allows baristas to balance different coffee characteristics. Brewing in both chambers creates natural tension that minimizes cross-flow. Sibarist plans to showcase the filter at the World of Coffee Copenhagen event in June.
