Ellianos Coffee is expanding its presence in Northeast Florida with plans for two new drive-thru kiosks. The company currently operates eight kiosks and is set to open two more soon. One location will be at southwest 103rd Street and Brannon Avenue in West Jacksonville, while the other will be on Atlantic Boulevard in the Regency area of Arlington. The West Jacksonville site will feature an 800-square-foot drive-thru kiosk and a 1,200-square-foot office on a nearly one-acre lot. The city has already reviewed plans and issued a mobility fee for the project. In Arlington, the new kiosk will also be 800 square feet and is part of Regency Plaza, which is near a major shopping area. The total cost for the Arlington project exceeds $826,000. This growth is significant as Ellianos offers a variety of beverages and food options, including dairy-free choices, catering to a wide audience.
The expansion of Ellianos Coffee is important for several reasons:
• It adds to the growing coffee culture in Northeast Florida.
• The new kiosks will create more jobs in the area.
• Offering diverse menu options caters to different customer preferences.
• The strategic locations aim to attract more foot traffic and increase sales.
This development reflects the increasing demand for coffee and quick-service food options in the region. As Ellianos continues to grow, it contributes to the local economy and enhances the community's dining choices.
