Gregorys Coffee, a popular New York City-based coffee chain, is set to open a new location at Quaker Bridge Mall in New Jersey. This will mark the chain's third establishment in the state. Known for its motto "We Fuel the Hustle," Gregorys Coffee offers a variety of beverages including espresso, lattes, cold brew, and nitro options, along with a full menu of hot and cold food items like baked oatmeal, avocado toast, and croissant sandwiches. Vegan options are also available. Customers can enjoy a quick grab-and-go service with offerings such as fruit parfaits and hard-boiled eggs. The shop also features a loyalty program for regulars, humorously dubbed "Gregulars," who can earn rewards and free items. The new coffee spot is expected to open in spring and will be located on the upper level of the mall, replacing the former Starbucks location.
