HighGrain Brewing Co., a well-loved brewery based in Silverton, is set to open a new, larger location in Springfield Township on May 3. The new venue, formerly Brentwood Bowl, spans 23,500 sq. ft., significantly larger than its original site. This expansion not only enhances its production capacity but also improves customer experience with additional seating, a full bar, and a private event space. The brewery’s growth includes partnerships with Revel OTR Urban Winery and La Terza Artisan Coffee Roasterie, providing a diverse range of drinks and snacks. While most brewing operations will shift to the new location, HighGrain will continue to serve its Silverton clientele.
