PJ’s Coffee has launched a new training center in Mandeville. The 1,000-square-foot facility aims to boost efficiency and customer service across its 180 locations. It includes “PJ’s University,” a mock store, and a conference area. The space will help franchisees and managers get hands-on training in a realistic setting. Patrick Shaheen, VP of operations, says the facility will grow the brand and improve leadership. PJ’s Coffee, founded in 1978, has over 100 stores in development.
