This new method, which started with the acquisition of the Clover Brewer in 2008, allows a cup of coffee to be ground and brewed in just 30 seconds. It's a smart move for several reasons: customers will now have a wider selection of freshly brewed coffee at any time of day, the quality of each cup will be consistently high since it's brewed to order, and it significantly reduces waste by cutting down on paper filters and leftover coffee.
