Top Pot Doughnuts & Coffee is set to make a comeback in West Seattle in summer 2024 after a three-year hiatus. The beloved local brand, known for its hand-forged doughnuts and freshly roasted coffee, will open its new cafe in the West Seattle Junction on California Ave. The return has been highly anticipated by the community since the closure of their Alki Beach location in 2021. The upcoming cafe will feature all the classic Top Pot treats along with new offerings such as bite-sized Pot Holes and Opal Vietnamese Style Cold Brew. With the opening, Top Pot is also planning to inaugurate a new production bakery in Kent, signaling a significant expansion phase for the company. This launch marks the first new opening in over five years for Top Pot, which currently operates 16 cafes and a large wholesale business across the Greater Seattle area.
