Las Vegas is experiencing a vibrant expansion in its food and beverage scene. District Deli & Coffee has just opened downtown, offering a variety of coffees, smoothies, teas, pastries, salads, breakfast sandwiches, and other sandwiches. Bar Ginza has also opened its doors, focusing on an extensive selection of Japanese whiskies and house cocktails. Meanwhile, Pho Vietnamese restaurant in Treasure Island is now open seven days a week, serving noodle soups and Vietnamese specialties. Additionally, Chef James Trees of Esther's Kitchen was honored by Mayor Carolyn Goodman with the key to the city. The Smoothie King chain is set to open seven new locations across the Vegas Valley, and Stadium Swim at Circa Resort is hosting a viewing party for the Masters golf tournament. With so much happening, Las Vegas continues to cement its reputation as a culinary hotspot.
